Tray Svendson, President
Kent Sunrise Rotary

It is my pleasure to be serving as the president of The Rotary Club of Kent Sunrise

for the year 2010-2011.  I look forward to having some fun, entertaining you with

fantastic programs, working with you to better our club, District 5030, and the world

through the efforts of fellow Rotarians in Service Above Self!

This year, the Rotary International theme is Building Communities, Bridging Continents.

In addition to our great service projects like the Dictionary Program for third graders,  Middle School recognition, High School Scholarship program, Rotary First Harvest and International Projects in Nepal, we will be seeking your volunteer help

that will identify projects in the community and internationally that we can assist with

and get some good exposure for the club's efforts.

Thank you for your membership and involvement in the Club, and for being a Rotarian.

Please join me in thanking President Fergus for his great leadership this past year. I will

do my best to carry on his and the other President's traditions that make this Club so

special. I close in asking for your continued support of our Club and projects as we work

to make this world a better place.

Yours in service above self,

Tray Svendson

President 2010-2011
