Kent Sunrise Rotary had a booth at the annual Kent International Festival on June 26, 2010 at Town Square Plaza. Our booth was adjacent to the Rotary Centennial Sphere. Lots of traffic, everyone wanted to spin the wheel for a chance at a sweet treat from Fergus' box of candy. |

Fairwood Country Club was the site for a lavish Italian buffet, along with a cut-throat Rotary Trivia game with pinata for the winning table, heartfelt words from founders and past presidents, and dancing. Great event! |

Since 2000, Kent Rotary and Rotary Sunrise Clubs have teamed up to purchase and present dictionaries to every third grade student in the Kent School District, 2,000 in 2009. Rotarians present the dictionaries in person to each student. |
